About the Department
The aim of the Economics Department is to provide economics students with the knowledge and tools required to analyze economic events, to make economic forecasts, and to arrive at the best decisions in a rapidly changing and developing world. Taught in the department are such basic courses as economic theory, economic history, economic policy, international economics, econometrics, the history of economic thought, and public sector economcs, as well as courses related to economics such as mathematics, statistics, finance, and law, all of the coursess suitable for students desiring jobs in the public or private sectors requiring analytical thinking and creativity.
Vision
Become a model to humanity with original determinations and applications in the world in which economic issues have become important.
Mission
To bring in required accumulation and capability for analysis of analytical economic, production of effective solution, rational decision making and correct estimation in the period in wihich world gradually trended to information society.
