It is better to see once than to  hear a hundred times

 The Department of Jurisprudence always tries to create conditions for its students so that they can have the opportunity to consolidate theoretical knowledge with practice. On November 20, in accordance with the Memorandum concluded between the Constitutional Chamber and Ala-Too International University, our students took part in an open court session of the Constitutional Chamber. They, as listeners, watched the progress of the trial on the consideration of the constitutionality of part 17 of an article 8, paragraphs  2, 3, 4 of part 2 of  an article 14 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On State Civil Service and Municipal Service”. This event also allowed students to learn more about constitutional justice procedure.
