In honor of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the state language, the event “Can I write correctly in my native language?” was organized, a total of 112 students from 1-4 courses of the university registered for the event. The event took place on September 20, 2013 at 15:00 in room 113, located in block B. Of all registered students, 66 students wrote a dictation. The purpose of this event was to achieve literacy in writing a 175-word text in the native language in compliance with the spelling rules of the Kyrgyz language.

The text was read by Meerim Mairykova, Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor of the Department.

As a result of the event, the following students won the next places:
1st place - 1st year student of the Department of World Economy Saodat Amanbaeva (1000 soms) (cash prize);

2nd place - Aigerim Usubalieva, 1st year student of secondary vocational education (800 soms) (cash prize);

3rd place - Gulmanat Ashirali kyzy, 2nd year student of the Department of Journalism (700 soms) (cash prize);

4th place - Aigerim Zhantoroyeva, 2nd year student of the Department of Journalism;
