On April 28, 2017, the students of the 1st course of Law and Finance and Banking Department - Aibek Bekmuratov (Law-1B group), Nurbolot Akylbek uulu (Law-1B group), Zhamilya Murzaeva (Fin-1A group) and Aygerim Usenova (Fin-1A group) - took 1^st place in the inter-university tournament Ria Case Cup-2017.

 In total, the project brought together more than 300 students from five universities: the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the American University in Central Asia, the Kyrgyz State Legal Academy, the Kyrgyz-Turkish “Manas” University and the International Atatürk-AlaToo University.

 At the final tournament of the RIA Case Cup project, a voluminous case on the basis of regulatory impact analysis (RIA) was presented. During one month the teams, with help of the mentors - experts of the project "SAR" - deputy head Indira Arunova, experts - Roza Jailobaeva and Zarema Askarova, were preparing to tournament and developing a mechanism for solving the assigned cases.

 The jury came to conclusion that the most effective and realized project was prepared by the team of the International University of Ata-Türk Ala-Too . The second place was given to the representatives of the Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Manas", and the third place went to the students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. The first three teams received certificates totaling 18 000 soms.
