Guest lecture of Chief Justice of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Mamyrov Erkinbek Tobokelovich, dedicated to the Day of Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic.

  On April 23, 2013, the Law Department of the International Alatoo University, together with the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, organized a guest lecture of the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Mamyrov Erkinbek Tobokelovich.

  During the lectures, Chief Justice of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Mamyrov Erkinbek Tobokelovich told the students about the fundamentals of the constitutional system, the role of the Constitution in respect of human and citizen rights and freedoms, the importance of the Constitution in the life of the state, society and the individual.

  Chief Justice of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Mamyrov Erkinbek Tobokelovich informed the students about the role and functions of the Constitutional Chamber as a governmental body  of constitutional control to ensure the supremacy of the Constitution, the protection of human rights and freedoms.

  The students actively asked questions and were interested in various aspects of the functions of the Constitutional Chamber, including its decisions.
